Setting up your account

In most cases, your organisation will send you an email invitation to join a group and access the platform. If your organisation has a registration page, you'll be able to set up your Hive Learning account by heading to the join page relevant to your organisation, fill out your details and click the button at the bottom of the form to get started.

Please note that opening this registration link on a device which already has the Hive Learning app installed may result in your device trying to load the app's login page. To avoid this please copy and paste the registration link into the browser on your device to sign up.

 

If you're experiencing any difficulty setting up your Hive account, are unsure whether your organisation has a registration page, or have any other questions relating to getting set up on Hive, please get in touch with us directly at help@hivelearning.com with the information below to enable us to help you as quickly as possible:

  • Your full name
  • The email address you're using when registering your Hive account
  • A brief description of the issue you're experiencing (please include screenshots where possible so that we have a super clear picture of the issue you're experiencing)
  • How you are trying to register your Hive account (eg. from a link in an invitation email, on your organisation's registration page or via SSO/Single Sign-On)
  • The organisation you're using Hive Learning with
