If you would like to change the email address associated with your Hive Learning account, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address your Hive account is currently registered with, this will enable us to verify you are the owner of the account and make the relevant changes for you. If you no longer have access to the email address your Hive account is registered with, we may need to ask some security questions to help us confirm that you own the account before we're able to action this change.
In the email you send to our support team, please let us know which email address your account is currently set up with (if you haven't contacted us using the email address your Hive account is registered with) and which email address you'd like to use going forward.
Depending on which organisation you're using Hive with, we may have to ask for further authorisation before we are able to make this change - for more information please get in touch and we can advise you on this further.
Please note: if your organisation uses SSO to login to the platform, you'll need to ensure your email address has been updated with your SSO provider before we'll be able to update these changes for you in our system.
