If you would like to change the email address associated with your Hive Learning account, please get in touch with us at help@hivelearning.com from the email address currently linked to your account.
In this email, please let us know which email address your account is currently set up with and which email address you'd like to use going forward.
Depending on which organisation you're using Hive with, we may have to ask for further authorisation before we are able to make this change - for more information please get in touch and we can advise you on this further.
Please note: if your organisation uses SSO to login to the platform, you'll need to ensure your email address has been updated with your SSO provider before we'll be able to update these changes for you in our system.
