Once you have created your Hive Learning account via your organisation's register page, you will usually receive an email to the same email address you have registered with containing a link to verify and confirm your account - unless however your organisation uses SSO to login to the platform.
If you haven't received this email, we suggest checking your junk/spam folders to ensure it hasn't been mistakenly filtered out of your inbox.
If you still haven't received this email, please get in touch with us at help@hivelearning.com from the same email address your Hive Learning account is registered with - please ensure you include the following in this email to enable us to help you as quickly as we can:
- A brief explanation of the issue you've experienced
- The email address you've used to register with Hive Learning
- The organisation you're using Hive Learning with
