What to do if you're having difficulty creating your Hive account



You'll usually be able to register your Hive Learning account in one of the following ways:

  • If the organisation you're using Hive Learning with has an active registration page, you'll be able to create your Hive account using this page as shown in the screenshot above (if you're unsure on whether your organisation has a registration page, please check in with the contact who directed you to Hive Learning, or with the Hive support team at help@hivelearning.com)
  • By clicking on the link in your invitation email sent from Hive, this email will be sent from noreply@hivelearning.com 
  • If your organisation has SSO (Single Sign-On) set up to enable users to access Hive and you've been granted access internally to access Hive in this way, you'll be able to log straight into Hive using your SSO credentials

If you're experiencing any difficulty creating your Hive Learning account, you haven't received an invitation email, or you're experiencing any other issues around signing up, please get in touch with us at help@hivelearning.com and we'll be happy to support you - please ensure you include the following information in this email to enable us to help you as quickly as possible:

  • A screen shot of your entire screen showing what happens when you try to create your account (if you're creating your account via your organisation's registration page)
  • A brief explanation of the issue you're experiencing (eg. I haven't received an invitation email, or I'm unsure on where to sign up)
  • The email address you are using to sign up with
  • The organisation you're using Hive Learning with
  • Your full name
